Do not order from this companyI ordered hoodies back in October 14th, and I STILL havent received them (november 25)I checked my tracking and it claims it hasnt moved at all in almost days!! Pretty sure at this point its a scam siteThey got my 70$, guess they fooled me

I have been in contact with them several timesBasically each time I contact them they say no worries, it will be sent out to you soon as possible with zero information sentI asked for a refund and will be dealing with my bank nextI really wish I would have looked into this company beforeI really do not think this is a real businessThey have a business address but I do not think they actually send anything out

Purchased the Naruto Good Smile figure and they never shipped it! When I finally got a hold of them, around weeks after the purchase, they said that they were having a hard time finding one, but would have one soon When I asked them if it was legitimate, it took them several weeks for them to return my message, then they said they were also having a hard time finding a legitimate one Like the last guy said, I would have gave it '0' stars, if possible

I can't even give this website one starThe experience I had just just purchase one item for my son for Christmas was a nightmare! Also when asking for an update on my purchase the UNPROFESSIONAL customer service associate talked like she or he was years old through emailNo asking if they could doing anything else for me or offer another product fasterNothingJust told me to wait til next weekend or the weekend after thatThey did offer a refund but I have yet to see it
