Kevco Plumbing & Heating was hired by a realtor who was representing the owner of a property. The address and name given for billing was for [redacted] After the work was completed the accounting office billed according to the billing information provided.After we received calls from [redacted]...

[redacted] the realtor was notified of his insistence the info provided by realtor was incorrect.The realtor last week reviewed their files and noted they did indeed provide incorrect billing info and provided our office with the correct billing info.We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Note, the company also sent a nice letter to me.  I am satisfied with the resolution.
