I was impressed and influenced by Julie Ketterman's website which targets the injustice of CPS.
Unfortunately, not until after the contract was signed did discrepancies and a lack of communication prompt me to read Julie’s reviews.
I was disheartened by the number of poor reviews but hoped the firm's conduct would prove the accusations false. I sent information and sought advice in regards to the case via email to Julie and/or her paralegal team, but eventually found the reviews to be true.
A few weeks later a paralegal called to inform me that he was taking over the case. It was unclear as to what had been done at this point but I was grateful that the case was moving forward. A couple weeks later my renewed hope turned back into disappointment as email I submitted went unanswered.
The thought of going to court with a firm that disregarded our vulnerability so blatantly prompted me to notify Julie and terminate her services.
To date we have not received an invoice for the services rendered of $5,000.00.
In pursuit of justice I was persuaded by the influence of a website whose integrity did not resonate beyond the signing of a contract. The experience was disappointing and costly.
