My wife ordered the *** that don't work. We have tried to get them to discontinue sending it and charging her credit card but it still comes.
We have tried to call Keto Flux to cancel our contract with them. They say we can cancel at any time. They told my wife, who has Parkinson's, that it was canceled BUT they are still shipping it to her and charging her credit card. I just want them to stop it, cancel the orders and quit billing her card. Besides that the product does NOT work as they advertise.
We just want Keto Flux to stop sending their product and STOP billing my ailing spouses credit card.

Every two months, I have been receiving shipments of the pills that I do not want, I have attempted multiple times to call and contact the company to cancel my order, but I keep being sent shipments without my permission or notification, I was told on the phone by a representative that I would stop receiving orders, but I have continued to receive them, I was told the call was recorded, and would like to use it as grounds for a lawsuit if this issue is not resolved. Company charged different rate than advertised & double charged my 1st purchase. Claimed they could not cancel because there was no record of my name.
The company sold me diet pills which I willingly purchased via a Facebook ad. Advertised rate was $12 + S&H. When I received the second shipment, I was surprised to find out that it was setup as a recurring shipment/purchase each month. When I tried to contact the company, they claimed that they had no record of my name or address on file so they were unable to help me. When I received the third shipment, I once again contacted them to cancel the order. Once again I was told that there was no record of me on file. I then checked my bank card statement and realized that they had charged me $99.74 for each shipment including a double charge at the time of initial purchase. In desperation, I was forced to cancel my debit card so they would not be able to take any additional payments. I filed a dispute of charges with my bank and reported the company for misleading advertising and charges as well as immoral business practices for not offering a clear and easy method to stop shipments/charges to my account.
I would like to recoup the money from the charges made to my account. They took almost $400 from my account over a 3-moth period of time. I would also like for the company to be required to publish a valid phone number so others in my situation can easily cancel once they realize what is happening.
I am being denied a refund on merchandise I do not order.

KetoFlux advertises a free bottle of diet pills where buyer pays only shipping. Then, two weeks later charges for bottle.
On August 8, 2019 I clicked on a Facebook advertisement for a free bottle of diet pills to try out. The ad said just pay shipping. As I was going through the checkout process I was upsold on a bottle of cleansing pills with the same offer of paying for shipping costs. On August 12th there were 2 debits to my account for those specified costs from young diet now and young cleanse now. On August 26th there were 2 additional debits that were completely unexpected. One for $94.87 and the other for $89.87. On August 28th I called the company to inquire and they said I should have read the details because it was stated very clearly that the full bottle price would be charged if I didn't call to cancel. That may be true, however, if that statement was there I do not remember it and I am typically good at reading what I'm paying for. Either way I believe it to be a very shady business practice and it definitely was not front and center in the advertisement.
I would like my money back.
This company advertised on Facebook to just pay shipping and handling to try their product, which I did. Received the product and it doesn't work as advertised what they don't make clear is that if when you agree to try the product you are actually agreeing to a subscription in which they charge an insane amount that they automatically take out of your account. I have two charges that I wasn't expecting one of $95 and another of $99, when called to complain and cancel the subscription and offered to send the SEALED product back they refused to accept the product back and refused to give me a refund. After talking to multiple calls and talking to multiple people I finally got a 35% refund which is insulting.

Called credit card company in Aug to find contact info and they could not find it! Went on-line, found multiple websites with multiple physical addresses in 2 states, no part of website allowed cancellation. Finally found phone number for customer service, waited on hold over 10 minutes. Spoke to Kala (sp?) who was following a script to keep me signed up for more auto ships and charges. Told her over and over to just cancel and give me refund (asked how to return unused product for refund - she said they have a no refund policy) - she finally relented and said she cancelled the auto ship, asked for refund again, I said the website did not say I had to cancel in 14 days - she said they have a record of me agreeing to this deal. She finally offered to give partial refund of about $70, but so far has not appeared as credit on credit card account.

I was made aware, on August 9, 2019, that KetoFlux had taken two more payments of $99.74 out of our debit card. The with-drawls occurred on July 7, 2019 and August 7, 2019.
I emailed KetoFux from their website on Friday, August 9, 2019.
"I ordered a sample on 6/18/19 and received the sample. However, I canceled further orders.
You took $99.74 in July and August out of my debit card. I did NOT authorize those with drawals, and I have received no product. I did not want any more than the sample. That is why I cancelled all further shipments. The $99.74 which was taken out in the months of July and August needs to be reimburst to my debit card as soon as possible."

I rechecked the site around 1:30 PM on 8/15/19, and the offer for the free bottle of KetoFlux was no longer available.
Please contact KetoFlux and give them the complaint. Remind them of the 100% guarantee of the product. Let them know that I am unhappy with the product, and that I want them to honor their 100% guarentee. Please command them to repay the $199.48 on to our debit card
I ordered on 7/20 and today is 8/3. I have 14 days to try the pills. I called today as they drafted my account and they refuse to process a refund.

I saw an ad with Al Roker advertising this item...Keto Flux. I thought it might work, and he was well know person. I signed up for free trial 30 day on 6/24 paying shipping and handling of $5.87 the ad than said the adding the Cleanse trial would only be an additional $4.87 SH. I rec'd the product on July 1. I received my credit card statement today and noticed that there were two charges on 7/9 for $94.87 and $89.87. I called the number on the bottles to question the charges. The man I talked to said it was only a 14 day trial and I had to call them within 14 days to avoid a charge for the product. They sent a full 30 day supply in each bottle....not 14 days! I feel this is false adverting and even worse !!

I purchased a bottle of Keto Flux Cleanse and Keto FluxDiet online. I did not enroll in auto shipment. When I tried to cancel the membership that I did not sign up for they tried to sell me the same product as at discount. I requested to cancel my account more than three times before Kanesha cancelled my account. I have purchased products like this in the past and there was always a disclaimer when you purchased the products that you would be on auto shipment before you check out, this website did not have this disclaimer.
I am requesting a refund of 95.74 and 99.74 for a total of 195.48 and I will return the products unopened.
Product time frames
I "purchased" the free trial of this product. In requesting the product free trial it automatically oadded a second product to the offer. Only paying the total of about $10 shipping and handling no problem. I recieved the product a few days later. The trial period prior to the monthly subscription is 14 days. I didn't even have the products for 14 days to try them before they charged the full amount (almost $200). I called customer service and they indicated they were a 3rd party. After requesting a refund due to the fact I hadn't had the products 14 days they said no. I pleaded with them to get a 35% refund and no further shipments. I then advised that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and my bank. They then offered a 75% refund. I accepted it but I would still like the additional 25%.
I would like the full refund of the additional 25% as the company did not allow the stated 14 days to try the product as I have only taken possession of the products about 10 days ago.
I have filed a complaint (#XXXXXXXX), but I have lost the e-mail of a woman named Kim. This company has sent me a check for$98.95, why I do not know! I have had the Revdex.com send them copies of my bank statements showing the $89.95 they took out twice. I have eaten the "processing" fees of $4.95 and $4.95 for a product I have NEVER received!
