have reviewed the account and details of this order. I see here that the order was placed for the
buy 2 get 1 free free
promotion totaling the $149.91 for the original order. It
looks like the add on product of the Cleanse was accepted for the $34.98 as well. I do see the account was canceled to ensure
no future shipments or billing occur. I
apologize as it seems there was some confusion when it came to the way this
offer worked and the charge break down.
We do not want our customers to be unhappy or feel like they did not
understand what they were purchasing. I
went ahead and refunded the requested charges today as a resolution to this concern, the
system did return an error. So, I will be having these refunds issued in
the form of an E-Check. This E-Check will go out to the email on file to
ensure security and processing. Please allow 3-5 days to see that in the
inbox. I hope this resolves the issue and you can still try those
products to see the results you originally ordered them for. I thank you
