I just checked with my bank and both of these charges were posted but no refund was ever received by them from his company as the company suggests. There was no reason for this charge to be declined by my cc when I first placed it as the company states, so they took it upon themselves to send the the lesser order instead of saying that their system would not take the order. I want the $102.65 returned back to my cc immediately by the company. I may be sending it back when it does arrive. The business is out of Quebec, but the payments are in US funds.
