After reviewing video footage of BOTH instances, we as a business we stand behind the actions of our employeesWhile yes, as a bar most patrons have partaken in alcoholic beverages while inside the business during the late night hours, 99.9% of them are not verbally abusive to our staff as this gentleman & his partner wereThey also are not physically abusive to fellow patrons as well as this gentleman wasAs we all agree, this is a bar, just because he didn't want his friend to talk/dance/kiss the guy in question, unless she is so intoxicated that she is not in charge of her faculties (she was), we as a business will not interveneWe are sorry that his friend lost her phoneUnfortunately, unless someone turns in lost items to a member of our staff we can not clear out a crowded dance floor to look for lost itemsWe thank this gentleman for his past patronage

I am rejecting this response because: My concerns were not addressed. I do not quite understand what Mr. [redacted] is saying by "physically abusive to fellow patrons" because we did not act out physically to anybody -- patrons or the staff. My partner and I was simply conversing with [redacted] and demanding an explanation for the way our group was treated. In addition to this, Mr. [redacted] states that Ketmoree will not intervene when our friend is too intoxicated (she wasn't). Does this mean that when a woman is being harassed by another patron that she'll receive no assistance from the staff?Lastly, Mr. [redacted] is hiding behind the idea that "this is a bar" as justification for his staff's sexist treatment and lack of empathy towards their patrons. If it truly is the responsibility of the bouncers to de-escalate an unsafe situation on the dance floor, then why is it that the actions of the male perpetrator were not addressed. We were very upset that night, but condemning our actions does not resolve the original issue at hand because we were advocating for our friends. How Ket handled the situation leading up to the conversation with [redacted], my partner, and I was inappropriate and quite honestly, worrisome. I demand Ketmoree management to review it's guidelines and protocol for when people are harassed and not accuse others for being "verbally abusive" when simply asking for an explanation. Thanks.

Review: I just got home after a night out with my friends. I've been coming here for months and I just got banned here from the owner's son "[redacted]". He claimed that I was not allowed back in after one time I was here two months ago because I was too "drunk". Well newsflash everyone in your establishment after midnight has had a few drinks but I was in no way belligerent.

Anyways about tonight, a strange white male was coercing my friend to make out with him and my friend told me as well as the rest of the group that it was unwanted so one of my friends told him to back off and stay away. Following this, I told a nearby bouncer about the creepy white male and then the bouncer proceeded to kick our whole entire party out. We tried to explain the situation to the "manager" aka [redacted] and he proceeded to tell me about how I was too drunk that one time two months ago and dismissed everything I said and banned me and my BF from the establishment. My friend also had her phone stolen from here on the same night and while she was trying to explain the situation, [redacted] also kicked her out as well for being too "drunk" and disorderly. I hope to hear back from the owner about his sons disrespectful behavior towards his once-loyal patrons.Desired Settlement: An apology and methods (e.g. reminding [redacted] of basic customer service etiquette) to prevent an issue, such as this, to happening in the future.
