I am referring the Kessler's Cleaners located at East-West Hwy Silver, Spring, MD I brought in a coat, and they ruined the leather buckles on the sleeves This coat is very special to me so I brought it in to show them what happened, and I asked for my $to be refundedThe woman claimed it was like that when I brought it in because she "remembered it." This is untrue because it is a new coat, and this was the first time I got it dry cleanedThen she demanded I go get my receipt to prove it was a new coat I refused Mistakes happen, but one needs to own up to it and offer a possible solution I told her numerous times that I would not leave until my money was refunded This took over an hour I have never been treated so poorly over $before, and I will never go there againThe other woman who allegedly worked there told me that she has never had a customer like me beforeY*** reviews suggest otherwiseI would not wish this experience upon anyone because it was very stressful and dishonest It's unacceptable to treat customers in such a degrading manner They need to improve with their customer relations and interactions
