Kessler Steve Piano Service

My Roland (2008) would not change tones. Steve attempted numerous times to connect with Roland without success. He was able to locate a User Manual and via phone prompted me to attempt to solve the issue by keyboard contacts. This did not solve the issue but got me thinking.
The piano being electronic, I recalled unplugging an electronic unit can generally require it to reboot. I did so and found the piano is now working Okay. Steve was very professional in working on my problem.

Steve is not only an excellent piano tuner but really takes pride in his work and will take great care of your piano no matter how old it is.
