Kessler Rehabilitation Centers

Review: This business has failed to provide basic service. We began dealing with them in July of '11. Kessler failed to submit billing to Allstate insurance, a business that had already preapproved anticipated charges. They are now harassing me, are unwilling to listen to reason and have actually answered written complaints from me with lies(or incorrect information in terms of remedies that they say were offered).

I do not want to continue to be harassed by Kessler and would appreciate help from upper management to resolve.Desired Settlement: We are willing to pay something, but I refuse to accept that I am responsible for their inability to submit billing and to continue to not accept responsibility for their errors.
