Ordered my stuff about 12 days ago. Sent few emails trying to ask the status and when it can be shipped - NO eesponse whatsoever. Called the store and rep said there’s nothing she can do as online order goes directly from the warehouse - totally understandable. That is why this review only applicable to their warehouse. But still when you promise shipment 1-2 days from order date and not be able to fulfill this for 12 days++ with NO reasone whatsoever— what a garbage. This company is sooo not ready to do retail in a professional manner.

I ordered two items from this company via their website on 4/*/2020, the confirmation indicated the items would be shipped with two weeks and it has been a month now and I contacted customer service and they say there are no refunds and the order would go out the next day. It is several days since then and nothing has been shipped. I commented on their Instagram I was not happy with not receiving my items and they deleted it and did not reply.
