Review: I had my taxes prepared by Kershaw Financial Services on January **, 2015. There were errors made that only when I inquired about my tax return did I get informed of a problem. This resulted in me paying instead of receiving. If I didn't ask, this would have been a serious problem with the [redacted]. In addition, I have asked questions regarding the instructions and other information and I have received no correspondence. Before I submit my payment to the [redacted], I need these questions answered. This is not the first time errors were made, but it will be the last time.Desired Settlement: In addition to the $225 fee being refunded, I would like my e-mails responded to.
