Customer has been asked to return merchandise for a full refund of the parts cost and his original shipping costs.

The buyer's original payment was received through [redacted]'s payment system.  If the buyer is not comfortable with making for the return, he may not be aware that he has [redacted]'s claim system to safeguard his interests and serve as escrow.
