Please be advised that this customer has been given the utmost attention in this situation.  Her awning is being replaced with no cost to her.  It was unfortunate that she had an unpleasant experience but we have worked to resolve this issue.

This situation was addressed that day.  Unfortunately the customer didnt give us enough time to respond to him before he wrote this.  His problem was taken care of, free of charge.
