We are in receipt of Mr*** complaint dated August 24, Mr*** was seen on February 5, at the *** *** Clinic On March 8, Mr*** contacted Patient Billing Customer Service Department concerning his bill and to validate it was billed correctly
to his insurance, *** ***Mr*** concerns were sent to the Medical Abstracting Unit for reviewOn April 26, after a thorough review of the documentation in Mr*** medical record it was confirmed the services were billed and coded appropriately On May 6, a customer service representative spoke with Mr*** and advised him of this outcomeThe amount of $billed to Mr*** was applied towards his annual medical insurance deductible of $1,by *** ***If Mr*** is unable to pay this balance in full, or has a financial hardship, he may contact me directly at *** *** to discuss further options

On January 29, 2018 Mr. [redacted] contacted our Patient Billing Customer Service Department with billing concerns regarding the above referenced. After a thorough review...
of his account a request was submitted to the Family Practice coding unit. The Family Practice clinic unit reviewed and confirmed services were billed correctly. On February 22, 2018 Mr. [redacted] was informed of the clinic response. Mr. [redacted] contacted our office again on March 7, 2018 with the same billing concerns; we advised the claim is being resubmitted to the health insurance and it’s still being reviewed by the patient’s health insurance.
