We purchased a brand new model year fridge in July last yearWe got the fridge home and had to open the box outside as it was too large to fit in doorwayAs soon as we had the box open we noticed a large dent in the left side doorWe took photo's and immediately called sales repHe assured us this was "rare" and he would take care of itTwo weeks passed and nothing had been resolvedWe went back to store on our own time weeks later and spoke with sales repRep made a [redacted] comment about how just prior to us arriving they were talking about our doorWas told door would be in in AugustSeemed like a long time to get a doorCalled back first week of August and spoke with rep and now said it would be October/ 3months due to manufacturer and not themCalled back a few weeks later and spoke with receptionist to have a manager call us asap to discuss situationThis never happened, no call was forthcomingAnd so October came and went which was when door was supposed to arrive

I purchased a washer/drier from Kern Hill and it was broken from the day it was deliveredI have made numerous calls to Kern Hill and Whirlpool both parties are stating its the others issuethis was back in Nov and it hasn't been handled yet

Salesman said he would take off 35% for freight and restocking
