I wouldn't recomend Kermit's to women. My wife had a doctors appointment in Kingman, so I told her to get the aie conditioner charged while she was there. She was told it would be $280. She told them she was on disability and only received $720 a month. They seemed nice, and said they would do it for $150, and she agreed.
When she picked up her truck, they said it would need a new condenser before to long. She told then they should have told her before they charged the truck, because we had a new condenser at home. They said if she brought it in, they would only charge her another $150 to install it, and recharge the air conditioner.
It seems like if it needed a condenser, they should have told her before they charged it. Giving her the chance to decide if she wanted to get a new one, or happened to have one at home.
I was treated very poorly and felt I was cheated by Kermit , he told me one amount and then charged me a other . I was also told that it would be a week to rebuild my transmission and he kept it a month ,he was very Rude and disrespectful to my wife and thought it was funny that he increased the amount he charged me , just want other folks to know before they make the same mistake I did ...I feel he is not a honest person at all
