Review: My car's engine went into this shop a year ago. The man who was supposed to work on my engine quit and lefted the job. The engine sat in the shop untouched for months. I called the shop owner to ask about the progress and complain. The owner gives me some many excuses to why its not done. He said he will fix my car now for a lower price. Another couple of months goes by, my car is still not fixed. It's always another excuse. I'm tired of the unprofessional customer service. I will never use this mechanic again. It's been almost a year. My car still isn't done. I think he took a job that was too big for him to handle. Desired Settlement: All I want is my car back and fixed for the price he promised me.
