Complaint against Kits F* who works in finance dfor sending abusive and threatening text messages, emails, and voicemails
KITA F* has sent me threatening and abusive messages by text, emails, and voicemails in regards to a vehicle I was leasing through that company since The messages would threaten to repossess my car if a payment was lateI have called her over the phone and have had the phone hung up in my faceShe would turn my car off so I could not drive it leaving me strandedI have complained several times to her manager Ms S*** but Ms F*In May the car was turned in because I was tired of the poor treatmentThe manager Ms S*** informed me to make arrangements with Ms F* to pick up any items remaining in the carAfter I made arrangements to pick up items I was informed when I showed up Ms F* destroyed all of my items

I purchased a vehicle from them on June 9th; June 12th I had the vehicle checked out by a reliable repair shop which found a lot of issues going on with the vehicle The same day I called the warranty deptto state I no longer wanted this vehicle They were very rude and told me to take it back to this same shop and have them do a full diagnostic which I did and they found more issues On Friday June 16th I was put in a rental car and on Monday June 19th I received a call from the warranty deptstating if they had known I wasn't keeping the vehicle they would not have given me a rental and that I need to return the rental ASAP I replied back that if I had know I was buying a piece of s_ _ _ I would not have purchased the vehicleI returned the rental on the same day Today, June 21st I called the warranty deptto ask for my key ring with my house key on it that was on the car key I was put on hold and then rolled over to a voice mail I called back and was told to come to
