replied to the first letter received. I stated that we needed his order number and date of order because we could not find his name anywhere on our website for sales orders, nor was he in our system as having been a previous customer. No info was given to us that could have sped up a solution to this matter. It's also important to find when he ordered. Our site clearly states during busy times it can take up to 14 days to process before shipment. Was this taken into account? Can this matter possibly be re opened so that we can attempt to resolve? If he is due a refund we will happily comply. Again, if he ordered through our site we cannot find him and our site charges the orders as they come in. We have had issues of late due to a change we made in phone, internet, wifi provider that has added to list of unhappy customers, but we have worked with everyone of them. We would never have ignored this. I would appreciate a response on how we can do better here and not just have this case closed. We were right on top of this the first letter but we had no answers due to the litany of questions we ourselves had pertaining to the order Mr. [redacted] placed with us, that I put in an email over 3 weeks ago.
