In response to [redacted] regarding both reliability and parts pricing on a window regulator on their Kenworth T370, Kenworth contacted the customer on September 1, The customer and Kenworth arranged to have the concern reviewed and repaired at a local dealership All parties are in agreement with resolution of this issue
