company lost hardware to all of our furniturePromised this would all be resolved in one to two dayIt's now been a week and still no resolution
We hired Kentucky moving and storage out of Boeing green ky to come to our home and load furniture and boxes and deliver and unload and set back up in our new homeWe paid over for this serviceOur furniture was delivered on the 30thThe movers were all greatThe problem is our hardware to ALL of our furniture is missingThe driver told us that it probably went to another shipment that was with ours that is being shipped overseas for a military family We were told by the office of Kentucky moving and storage that this would all be resolved in one to two days it has now been a week and we are still sitting here with our belongings on the floor in pieces and no resolutionWe paid over for their services this is NOT what we paid forwe cannot put anything away my family is sleeping on the floor on mattresses totally
