Kentucky Fried Chicken

On Dec 9, 2019 went thru drive thru placed two separate orders but paid for it all at once. I specifically said pack these orders in separate bags going to 2 different places. The employees were totally confused. Drove an hour dropped my mom off at home with her meal...drive another 30 mins home. Got a call my mom didn't have any chicken and no gravy. I had all the chicken and potatoes but no Cole slaw. I paid for potatoe wedges did not get them at all. There was an extra mashed potatoes that I didn't even order. There were cinn biscuits that I didn't order in there as well. I paid for 24 pieces of chicken and only got 14 total. The whole order was screwed up. I called KFC that night and was told there was no manager there to talk to someone would call me tomorrow. I didn't hard anything so I called again was told manager was not available. Went on KFC web site on 12-16 and filled a complaint plus I called and talked to *** she said she saw the complaint and gave me a conf# ***. She said someone would be in contact with me. Didn't hear anything called again on 1-8-20 was told they would expedit it to management and someone would be in contact with me. Heard nothing called again and filed another complaint on 3-4 told them if I didn't hear back by Friday I was filing a Revdex.com complaint so here we are.
