Kentucky Counseling Center is an amazing mental health group. I truly enjoy the clinicians at this practice.

This service only got one start becuase I had to give them one, they deserve 0...This psychological service is the worst I have ever come across. I have seen two psychiatrists through this service. The first lady Dr. Jolynn *** took a temper tantrum which would make any two year old proud then disconnected on me while I was crying about a problem I was having. KCC offered me another DR Kristin *** who I told I would not do teletherapy with due to Ms. hanging up on me had made me scared to trust another. I had my first appt with her in Nov. where she upped a medicine and started me on another one. My 2nd appt I was sick so I did not go in but I told them when I called to cancel I would need refills. It is now Jan 6, 2020 and I do not have meds. I have been out of meds since Dec 20,2019. My pharmacy has faxed 3 times. I called once they said they would email Dr *** about my needing meds and they scheduled me with her for a teletherapy (because it was the soonest appt I could get) for tonight Jan 6, 2020 at 7:45PM. I logged on just to have it says OOPS it looks like this room doesn't exist. I am truly done with this group. They need to be disbanned.
