I closed on two properties with Kentuckiana Title Agency, LLC They sent me two checks for over payment I e-deposited both checks, one for dollars and one for dollars Both checks from JP Morgan Chase Bank went through my bank, [redacted] *** About days later they came back saying the checks were no good I called Kentuckiana Title Agency, LLL and spoke to Amanda She implied that the checks were good but you could not e-deposit them???? I asked to whom was going to reimburse me for the bank fees on bad checks and she implied it was not their wrong doing I replied that no one told me I could not e-deposit the checks, nothing was written on the checks that you could not e-deposit and it was no fault of mine No apologies or anything! My next call will be to the Kentucky Attorney General Office

Both checks from JP Morgan Chase Bank went through my bank, [redacted]. About 3 days later they came back saying the checks were no good. I called Kentuckiana Title Agency, LLL and spoke to Amanda. She implied that the checks were good but you could not e-deposit them???? I asked to whom was going to reimburse me for the bank fees on bad checks and she implied it was not their wrong doing. I replied that no one told me I could not e-deposit the checks, nothing was written on the checks that you could not e-deposit and it was no fault of mine. No apologies or anything! My next call will be to the Kentucky Attorney General Office.
