In response to the complaint [redacted] Indeed we did go to the storage facility and pick up the items from unit # [redacted] Storage Plus the items were sold on two different dates due to the fact the weather and storms forcing us to close the first auction early, however all of the items were sold with the exception of a couple of shelves that literally fell apart during the moveWhile the client may not be accustomed as to the way things are listed on the sale receipt ( clerk ticket) some items were sold as a "lot" and some were sold as choice when there are more than one consignment in the auction, we keep track with numbers or letters in this case her lot was "s" I did try to explain this to her and really thought she understoodI also apologized to her for the mistake I made on the commission and did refund my over site, it was my mistake as we usually charge 25% not 20%As for the fee to pick up and move the items to our location "the only way we wouldn't charge a fee is if we actually purchase the items from the client " it is clearly checked and written on my original copy which I would be happy to provide a copy of for the recordWhile it's never easy for someone to have to sell things, we are in the business to help and do try our best to provide the most cost effective way for them to do soThe receipt list does include the items she has listed along with many other items, I'm sorry she feels that we overcharged her but this is what we do on a daily basis and we work hard for our customers and try to give each one our best Sincerely [redacted] Kentuckiana's Auction Service

exception of a couple of shelves that literally fell apart during the move. While the client may not be accustomed as to the way things are listed on the sale receipt ( clerk ticket) some items were sold as a "lot" and some were sold as choice when there are more than one consignment in the auction, we keep track with numbers or letters in this case her lot was "s" I did try to explain this to her and really thought she understood. I also apologized to her for the mistake I made on the commission and did refund my over site, it was my mistake as we usually charge 25% not 20%. As for the fee to pick up and move the items to our location "the only way we wouldn't charge a fee is if we actually purchase the items from the client " it is clearly checked and written on my original copy which I would be happy to provide a copy of for the record. While it's never easy for someone to have to sell things, we are in the business to help and do try our best to provide the most cost effective way for them to do so. The receipt list does include the items she has listed along with many other items, I'm sorry she feels that we overcharged her but this is what we do on a daily basis and we work hard for our customers and try to give each one our best.
