They were extremely polite and reasonable about settling our differences.It is very understandable that they do not want people leaving equipment there for long periods of time outside their service window.  They have limited space, However, they gave us a much more important reason for having a time frame for pick up.  Apparently some customers will drop off old equipment, F1 will perform a service and then the customer never picks up the equipment.  The customer's goal was just to avoid a $35 disposal fee that waste management charges.  It is therefore good business practice to set a time frame for customers to pick up equipment after a service is performed.  We think 15 days is a little aggressive but understand their reasoning.We are very appreciative of them resolving this and finding our laptop.  We've never had an instance where we left belongings beyond a reasonable time.  But we have definitely gained respect why businesses limit the time they can be accountable for customer's assets.There were several customers in out of their store while we've been there.  They knew the customers by name and were instantly familiar with the equipment/software problems they were having.  Customers were obviously appreciative of F1's customized service.We wish them a prosperous business future and thank them for resolving our issue.Sincerely,Meg [redacted]Dave [redacted]
