Kensington Insurance Company

Review: There were 2 policies paid in full taken out for the same house on different occasions. May [redacted] 2013 the home owners insurance was paid in full. Kensington stated they sent a cancelation letter out that the insurance would be canceled August [redacted] 2013. They have provided me with that email showing they sent it. There was no refund given or sent which I continue to ask for proof of. On August [redacted] 2013 [redacted] disbursed home owners insurance to payee name kensington insurance company in the amount of $1347.00 from my escrow account. [redacted] has not received any return of payment and now I have 2 insurance policies paid in full with no return of any payment. On January [redacted] 2014 at approximately 1:30pm I made a claim to kensington insurance company about my problem in my home. They took my information and started a policy claim. About an hour later I received a call from kensington stating I have no insurance. I have all documentation showing it was paid and no return of any payment was received.Desired Settlement: I would like my money reimbursed and kensington to take responsibility in covering my claim based off no return payment made.
