complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Please note that this complaint will remain unresolved until all the work is completed.  Mr.[redacted] came to my home, only after he had been contacted by the Revdex.com.  He basically dropped off the concrete pieces on February 25, 2015, dismantled the old unacceptable material that he originally used during the construction, said it was going to require more work, left the project dismantled and left without any time frame for when it would be fixed.  Until the work is completed, it is unacceptable and remains unresolved.

Per Phone call with Mr.[redacted]: The issues in this complaint have been resolved. We have one last section of concrete that needs to be replaced and it will be replaced when the weather breaks.
