Kensing Property Group LLC

My son is a student at Colorado State University in Ft Collins Co and was looking for a house to rent He was working with the Kensing Property Group LLC He paid an application fee ($35) and applied for a house after a visit on 4/27/ On 5/18/16, WEEKS LATER, they were told the house was taken but they were offered a different house across the street He immediately said they would take that house and we mailed the security deposit, $2,on 5/On 6/Kensing left a voicemail saying they had not receive the deposit; but on 6/they said they did in fact receive itWe put a stop of the first check and personally delivered a second deposit of $2,on June and we have a receiptThe check was cashed on June, and we have only received one phone message from the company since then Due to time constraints and Kensing's non-responsiveness my son felt they needed to find a new house to rent No contract was signed, no guarantee was made by Kensing that they would get t
