through the 9th due in most part to the safety of our employees and a major power outage. When we returned we read and responded to the email from the individual and advised them that the product they purchased had a one year warranty and they had owned it for four years. We were not provided any additional factors. We did not hear back from the individual until your letter was received. If they were not satisfied they could have responded and it would have been brought to my desk for resolution as it is now. The individual asked for a full refund after four years of use or a new replacement. We are emailing her today offering her a more expensive model similar to the one she purchased for the price of $104.00 (well below our normal selling price) since her model is discontinued. I believe that is a reasonable solution since she paid $378 for a lessor product four years ago. While we are not obligated outside of the warranty period, however we have always been responsive to our customers if their requests were reasonable. You can see that from the lack of complaints you have on our history. Once the individual accepts the offer and we ship it, I will assume this matter to be closed. If you require anything additional please let me know. Sincerely, [redacted]PresidentKenroy Home
