I did received your letter regarding guarantee or warranty issues.on June at 2pmMrs.*** took her daughter to my nail salon regarding her daughter nails came offI was the technician in charge of this matterafter exam her nails, I came to talk to Mrs.***(Mrs.***'s daughter is a minor)i gave
her two options:1, I can redo four fingers that already came off with the same color.( our guarantee policy is fix nails with same color they already have on their nails)2, I ask if she want to redo her nails since it was already grow out and I gave her 20%.Mrs.*** talked to her daughter then they decided to remove color only.We are not going to refund $for Mrs.*** since it is not our fault
