ZERO RATING ... bought the full trim mold kit for my Grand Wagoneer. $1600. Had it shipped to the professional restoration body shop for my GW. Kit was professionally installed and within a week the molding was falling off.. They would not even respond for over a month.. and then only after I asked the BBB for help. After another month all Kenosha would say was "installation problem" and no refund...nothing. THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY... DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR $$$

This is a follow up to your request for additional information regarding complaint ID [redacted] This was purchase was made to the online store at Kenosha County Classics and below is the credit card transaction detail for my Visa where I was charged $Since then the phones go unanswered and weekly I leave voice mails on their answering machine as well as send emails to their web site address, none of it get answered, clearly there is something wrong and I have been informed in my research by the Chamber of Commerce that they are operating illegally with an out of date corporate filling statusIn short I would like my money back but that probably will never happen!
