Dealing with the Nugent office has been a horrible experience dust far and I regret hiring them to take care of my accident caseI can never get the attorney on the phoneI was under the impression when I hired Kenneth SNugent that I would be dealing with him but I guess my case was too small for himInstead, I was diverted to [redacted] in the Macon officeI spoke to him once and that was for him to introduce himselfTrying to get him on the phone thereafter as been hardHe is never in the office and they always send me to this woman that is extremely rude (Bobby)I called the attorney wanting to schedule a face to face and she quickly said, I will schedule a phone conferenceWhen I asks her for an explanation on the letter that I receivedAs I was trying to read part of the letter and what was disclosed, she said, "Oh boy" and yarn as if I bored herI asks her if I was disturbing her and whether or not she was interested in what my problems wereShe stated, "Say what you have to say Ma'am!" I think that is very rude how I am being treated and I expected more from them especially with the slogan "ONE CALL THATS ALL!" I will make sure all my friends are aware and to never use them for anything
