Unfortunately, they still have not taken any ownership for their lack of communication and customer service.Although the funds have been refunded back into my account, never once did I receive some sort of apology (e.g. email, text, phone call, etc.).  Instead, they blamed it on their software.I have nothing further to add to this complaint and I'm expecting nothing else further from this company.I hope they have taken this complaint seriously and they become a better business in the future.

I assure you that your card is not scammed as we do not have any access to your full credit card information. Review: I ordered a shapewear bali brand from this company and they mysteriously cancelled my order. We can not collect any money till we actually ship your order in full and even at that time, we have no access to your card information. Review: I placed my order on July **, 2015. I paid for 4 day delivery. I've emailed. I've called 2 numbers given several times and no answer. Today is August *, 2015 (21 days later). I Called a third phone number today. A woman answered "hello", not Kenneth Reeve. I asked her if this was a business. She said yes. I asked if this was Kenneth Reeve, Ltd. She said yes. I told her about my order. She said "He" was out of town and I would have to call back on Wednesday. I expressed my confusion that there must be someone else to discuss this with. She laughed. She asked me to call back. I told her that I received a confirmation on my order, but have not yet received it. She laughed again and told me she doesn't know anything about the orders, there is no one else, and to please call to talk with "Him". I'm beginning to think this business is a scam.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of my order. My current bank statement is not showing payment to this company yet. But I will be monitoring.

I only received one conformation order email- there is no emails from this company in my spam box.

Review: Merchant sold products and took payment for products ordered online for Christmas gifts. No response was received from the merchant. Further investigation through [redacted] showed that the item was paid for.Tried to call all numbers listed on the merchant website about the order but no one would answer the phone, even after multiple attempts.An email was sent asking for the delivery status of the items paid for, to which an automated refund was sent with NO explanation or reason or apology.Desired Settlement: This was purchased in advance for a Christmas present. The merchant advertised that the items were in stock. They willingly accepted payment. Only after multiple attempts for order status, did we get an automated refund response. But now, we will not have the items in time for Christmas.This is fraudulent company. I want the items that they claimed they had and I want it before Christmas.

Regretfully, it's sad to see that this company thinks they did nothing wrong. Here in the USA, when money comes out of one's account, it is officially 'paid'. When money comes back into one's account, it has been officially 'refunded.' Is this company selling they're products under the same system that a car rental agency uses? Believe me, I tried calling ALL their listed numbers repeatedly, but there was no answering machine and there certainly was no human answering. It seems that this manager either doesn't know what messaging system he/she has or they're simply lying.If they can't keep track of their inventory (especially during Christmas), then they shouldn't be advertising it online for purchase. END OF STORY.This issue (which shouldn't have even gone this far) is NOT resolved. Future buyers need to be careful when dealing with this company. When you need customer service the most, they seem to not want to answer the phone.?

I have emailed them and called them many times to the phone number listed on their website and I have not received an email reply nor have I been able to speak to anyone by phone.
