I just received from staff that he is not a medicare patient.  Our software misled me.   He has different insurance.  He paid us 380 for his remainder after his deductable.    He is then responsible for 60% of the fee schedule...

for christiana care insurance coverage.
We don't know their specific coverage for the brace but it is definitely not more than the medicare coverage.  Usually hundreds less.
Lets say, for example, they cover 600 dollars,  then he owes 240 dollars.    He was explained this by our clinical case manager.
