On December 31 2013, I placed an order for $176.71. It arrived and since it was for a Hoosier restoration project, I did not use the items immediately. I found later that one item was missing, a hinge worth $7.55 When I called on March 4th the owner insisted that after four months, she would not send the item. December 31 to March 4th is only two months and a couple of days. Also claimed she could not possibly find my order after such a long time. (two months?) And remember, it took two weeks just to get here! She was discourteous three or four times and I finally lost my patience and yelled (sorry) she then hung up on me. All this over just $7.55?
