for 2 weeks already. I said to her that that was not a problem; that I could have two people put to work on her car so that repairs would be completed faster. She was asked to sign an authorization to repair, and was also advised that repairs had to be paid upon completion. She agreed to these terms and once more reaffirmed that all she wanted was for her car to be fixed as soon as possible. We agreed, and she signed the document. On 1-16-15 after most of the work was already completed she came into the office with an accident investigator saying that the insurance company is now refusing to pay for the repairs and that she wanted her car back. I told her that as long as I am paid for the parts and work done up to said day that I would be able to release the car. On 2-3-15 is the first time she has attempted to contact us since 1-16-15. Please let me know if you need any further information regarding this matter Thank You
