I apologize for your nonacceptance of my desire for time to research. First of all we will not be refunding your deposit balance of $2,000.00. Kenco was hired to reset all of your flagstone coping and add deck-o-seal between the coping and the deck. This was bid at $1,925.00 and was completed. Secondly, Kenco was contracted to acid wash the plaster of your pool. The agreed to price was $1,250. This job was also completed. Thirdly, Kenco was contracted to remove the existing tile and replace it with new tile. You stated that [redacted] told you that the job would only take a week.  You did not come in to pick out the tile until Saturday, April 9th. There is no way the job could have taken a week to complete when you hadn't even picked out the tile. Fourthly, the tile in question was dropped off at your house. Lastly, the final job in your contract was to check the acrylic overlay on your deck and make sure it was sound and in good repair. You cancelled the contract thus preventing us from inspecting the overlay.  I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the way things worked out Mr [redacted], but according to your contract you still owe Kenco $1,975.00. This includes the tile that was left at your house and the remainder of the cost of acid washing your pool.

I am rejecting this response because:
We have a home security system with data back up that covers the front of the house and the side of the house and especially around the pool area.  Therefore we have video surveillance of what specifically was done by Kenco Pools that includes the date and time and what specifically was done during this timeframe.  Video surveillance clearly shows that Kenco Pools only did the removal of the waterline tile and reset the flagstone around the perimeter of the pool.   The whole reason why we are here at this point is because kenco Pools failed to do the job in a timely manner.  Had they done the things that they are stating that they had done then we wouldn't be here at this point. [redacted] with Kenco pools is typing a response based on what the contractor is telling him. [redacted] has never been to the job site and has no ideal  of what he is talking about. [redacted] works in the store and is being told false statements by his contractor [redacted].    The contractor [redacted] is giving false, and inaccurate statements about specifically what he did on the job site.  I want to remind Kenco pools ([redacted]) and there contractor [redacted] that giving false statements and billing for services that were not rendered is a criminal activity and is punishable by law.
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:I never received a statement or an itemized bill from this company, only a demand letter from an attorney for 4 months later that I owe them money. Kenco pools cause property damage to the pool decking system in the amount of $1,500 which had to be repaired from a legitimate local pool company. Kenco pools did very little if any work on the pool.  I'm demanding them to return the $2000 deposit that I paid them in full and also pay for the damage that they caused to the pool decking system in the amount of $1.500.  There for I'm  demanding that they pay me a total amount of $3,500. I'm also demanding an apology from the owner [redacted] in person. Regards,
[redacted]
