Review: I filed my taxes with Mr. K[redacted] back in April 2015, and I have yet to receive my return. I called and called. Went to MR. K[redacted] job several times and he never responded to me. Times I would call him, he would tell me" he is on vacation and cant deal with this matter at the moment. I called him again in oct, I was suppose to pick up paper work fom Mr. k[redacted]. I called him 5 times the day of and Mr. k[redacted] did not respond to my calls. I again called him Nov. * he again he told me " he was on Vacation in N. Carolina" he can not deal with this matter at the moment.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund.
