I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I called the business again and told them that both brakes they installed are still not working properly after the mechanic said this would fix the problemI explained that I am $*** deep in this situation and my brakes still do not workThe owner told me to check other things on my trailer out and that it was my problem to fix The owner hung up on me because he said he had another customer to deal with So at this point, I just want my money back for the brakes that are not currently working so I can take it somewhere to get the issue resolved.

The business stated that they initially advised the consumer to have both brakes done when he brought the trailer inThe consumer had told the business that he was unable to have em both replaced at that timeThe business replaced the one brake per the consumers request. Approximately three
months later the consumer brought the trailed backAt this time the business fixed the brake again at no chargeThe business will not issue any refunds
