Had a great experience with my service yesterday with my car.had an oil change and a few other things checked. Everything was great.I do have to say since the changes of a few people it is so much nicer to go in and get things done to my kia seltos.the cashier is one of the friendliest person there.she is always friendly and has a smile on her face from start to finish! I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. A gentleman named AJ helped me during my visit. He was very friendly, professional and super helpful. He was able to address all of my questions that I had.

I came in searching for a vehicle and the employees were more than helpful in guiding my decision-making. AJ Kirlough was at the forefront of my searching process and was extremely welcoming and intelligent about the vehicles and had great general info. I recommend him and any of the sales staff to anyone searching for a car!

Sales and overall customer service was great. They were more then happy to negotiate different options when asked and had a wide variety of deals and car selections. Overall process was very mutual and they managed to make every thing a feel good experience!

We reserved a Sportage for $1000. Waited over a week for it to arrive. Had NO indication that they were offering anything other than the lease deal stated here from your own website: https://www.kenganleykia.com/offers-incentives/ .We get there and the salesman quotes over $32K MSRP with price ranges between $450-550/mo ON A LEASE? He asks me to initial what I expect then brings in a "manager" to try to convince me that I need to put over $5000 Down to get the rates that are quoted on your webpage! Their WEBPAGE SAYS $3499 DOWN and $199/MO. I call a competitor and they have THE SAME car listed for under $26K and all the specific least terms from KIA and nothing more other than Tax/Title. They pulled my credit report before hitting us with their prices! All interactions with that dealership was a complete waste of time and an incredible let down. They had an opportunity to offer exactly what other dealers do - I was CLEAR about this before I even came in. These games you play create distrust. Other dealers are far more considerate and easier to form a relationship with.

my wife and I went to the dealership this morning (7-13-20) to see if we can trade in our 2 kia souls for 1 car to cut down our payments, since we only need 1 car since I retired. we wanted to cut our $604 payment to at least $500 or less. the sales person Mike only concentrated on 1 car to sell us; and it didn't work, I finally mention another car type so he only showed us 1 car. the payments were only 25 less then what we are presently paying; plus the trade in value for our 2 cars was not really great. we were not shown any other cars or offered any other deals, plus we would have to make an additional $1500 down. so when I turned down the deal the sales mgr. came in to talk to us. when we still said no deal; he stormed off, and so did our sales person both stating out loud, "thanks for wasting our time". no sorry we couldn't make a deal or anything. they just left. when I went to leave I had to go back in for my keys, and the salesman Mike; said it again, about wasting his time. he really didn't try to make us happy by showing us any other cars except the one's he wanted to push. we would have been ok with a 2019 or at least offered a choice. I was not happy with this dealership when we left. my wife is on a cane, and I am retired so, we are, NOT JUST some people who can figured a screw over job, when it comes to buying
cars. they don't even deserve more then a 1 star rating.
