Review: Bought a used truck from this dealership. No Warranty was available. Took truck home on Wednesday nite and didnt drive it again until Friday to go to our camp. Truck overheated 90 miles from home, contacted dealership and he finally agreed to "look" at the problem. (We were told this truck was the owners personal vehicle and was kept in immaculate condition, hence no extended warranty was needed). After much back and forth, dealer said he would do a "head job" on the truck, at no charge, we had to pay for the parts and any other outside work that was done. (the dealer said they machined the head). This all happened in Oct 2012. Went to drive the truck this week and it overheated again. We knew the dealer wouldnt help us again, so we tore the engine down and took the head to an auto parts to get it machined. The auto parts said that head was never machined and that it had two holes, (not cracks) So it turns out the dealer never fully did the head job as he promised, to replace the head alone is over 500 dollars, which I feel the dealer knew, thats why he threw the engine together just to get rid of us. Desired Settlement: This engine job is quite expensive, I would like to recoup the money I paid for the first engine job as well as the money I am going to spend to make this truck driveable again.
