Review: Kemper Insurance has indicated on my record that I filed a water claim with them on June 21, 2013 for my property. I DID NOT FILE A CLAIM with them and they are refusing to remove such statement they have attached to my file. Now in searching for another insurance company I am having issues with higher rates because of this.

I have been with Kemper for sometime now and I it's not fair for them to put this in my file when I NEVER filed the claim with them. I only call to hear my options!!! I signed any paperwork, no adjustor ever came out and they paid nothing on my behalf.

Please have them remove this untruth from my record. I work to hard not to have to deal with this type of abuse from any company that is untrue!!!Desired Settlement: I would like an Experience Letter indicating I have NEVER FILED ANY CLAIMS.
