Review: Windows will not lock. Mr. Kemp came to my house on August 3, 2015, and promise new locks, after I have asked him to just replace these Windows several times. I have not seen heard from Mr. Kemp as of yet.Desired Settlement: Refund of amount paid for these windows.

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the company who stated he had tried to get into contact with the customer to take care of these issues, and had been told by her husband that they wanted no contact with the business. He stated that it is a manufacturer's issue, and they have gotten the manufacturer involved, but that the manufacturer needs to come out to see the windows and resolve the issue. He asked that the customer call Kemp at 804-643-6800 to work with them to resolve the issues.
