Kemco has not once contacted me about trying to do the additional work we had discussed. Over three weeks ago the service manager told me that the sales rep who initially quoted me thr job and himself would come to my home and discuss the work we had talked about being done. Three weeks later neither have been by to discuss anything. I currently have damage to the sheet rock in my home from the breaker panel they put in for the fuse box. Nobody has been by to even look over the service upgrade that took over a month to do.

In an attempt to further Mr. [redacted] satisfaction of said electrical work quoted by KEMCO. Our service manager has reached out to Mr. [redacted] several times to satisfy any unresolved issues regarding the signed quote by Mr. [redacted] from Kemco.
Kemco is a very highly reputable Electrical; HVAC; and Refrigeration company, and do everything we can to keep that reputation intact. We regard each and every customer with the highest and utmost respect and attention to details,
when doing the work our customers request. However; we are not a sheetrock and drywall company. Mr. [redacted] has stated there was some minimal sheetrock damage done in conjunction with the electrical service performed by KEMCO,
and our service mgr. has taken it upon himself to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. KEMCO's Electrical service manager went by Mr. [redacted] location Friday , August 5th to access the said damage incurred, and will have this sheetrock issue resolved by this Wednesday , August 10th 2016.

Service manager came by and repaired damage to walls with joint compound and sheet rock tape. Work on quote complete for only service upgrade.
