Kelmann Restoration

Kelmann was awesome to work with when we got water in our basement. [redacted] was so great, he had everything documented and when insurance asked for it they couldn't believe how organized they were. It made a horrible event an enjoyable experience. I would definitely use Kelmann again!

I appreciate the professionalism, quality, and INTEGRITY of this restoration company especially considering the first restoration company I used cut corners and was not an advocate for the customer. Kelmann's estimator went above and beyond what most individuals would do - in my opinion - and professionally worked with the insurance company as MY advocate. The first restoration company did not. The difference in the assessments were fiscally significant and so was the quality of the work.
The project manager was outstanding.
The bottom line is I wish I had called this company first - they handled everything professionally and I didn't have to second guess if they were truly doing what they said they would do. I didn't realize how much of a difference existed between restoration companies. One reason I decided to write this review was to help others avoid the mistakes I made.
