Review: Kelly's Mobile Glass Works installed a windshield in my [redacted] I noticed water running in from the top of the windshield when it rained. I called Kelly's Mobile Glass & informed the owner that the windshield was leaking. He said he would get back to me since it was at Christmas time. He asked me to text him my info. He did not call me back as promised. I then called him again about a week later & he said he had been busy but would call me the next day to set up a time. He did not call me back. I called him again & he said to call him the following week to set up a time. I called him several times but he did not call me back. I then called him again another day & he said he would come out on Monday Jan. 11. He did not show up as promised. I have tried calling him & leaving him messages & sent him text messages. He will not answer his phone or respond back to me. I do not know what else to do. The Jeep cannot be driven when raining.Desired Settlement: I would like for the owner to contact me and follow up with a plan to repair the leaking window. I would also like for the window to be repaired ASAP since the Jeep cannot be driven if it is going to rain. The Jeep cannot be left out side since water leaks in around the top of the windshield.

I would like this business owner to be held accountable for poor service. It has been very frustrating.

I am writing to let the Revdex.com know that my claim against Kelly’s Mobile Glassworks has NOT been resolved. I have not been contacted by this company to fix the windshield they replaced, that is leaking.The only notice I have received was from the Revdex.com today, stating that they were closing the case.I am not sure what else to do about the windshield. It is still leaking and the vehicle cannot be driven in the rain. I am not sure if I should just pay someone else to repair the windshield at this point. The windshield was put in in September & my claim was filed in December… It is now February. Thank you,
