Kelly's Glass & Mirror Company, Inc.

Called for a fix on a couple of old windows that don't slide open anymore. When they come to estimate, I show the repair man the windows I need fixed. He pulls out the part and writes down the number, I take him into the other room and he repeats the process writing down the parts number.
Two weeks later after I call again they schedule the repair. They come the house to fix and the technician only has parts for one window, saying that's all I wanted fixed, they didn't even order parts for the second window. A five minute repair but they charge a full hour labor. OK, fair enough it's a service call.
When I call Taylor at Kelly's, she says all I wanted was one window fixed and the estimator says he only looked at one window. Even though it would have only cost $16 more to fix if done at the same time, they would come out but it would cost another $120 labor fee!
This is scam to get more money, it would be stupid to try to get a second window free when I know they have to order parts.
