Elvis started the work fine he received almost a full payment and he decided that he doesn't want to work anymore he's been lying and lying he had my keys to the house the steps and railings he was supposed to do in the window aren't done it's a safety issue and I must get it done he told me one of his workers can't work because of a teenage girl that's in the house then he told me his wife had a baby then he told me he had two jobs to do it's been a month and I'm going to have to go to court with him he decided he's not going to give me my money or do the work for me either
